Caroline was excellent and a massive support to me and my brother at a very sad time. She was attentive and ensured that the funeral ran smoothly and took care of mum's repatriation from Scotland seamlessly. I would highly recommend her and AV Ridout to anyone who needs a funeral service and Caroline is an absolute credit to the team!

I can’t thank Caroline enough for all her help, understanding and kindness when I lost my Dad .I had never had to organise a funeral before and she guided me through everything. My Dads funeral was lovely and we celebrated his life. Kerry and all the staff who were there on the day were amazing .
